- On Pokemon Pinball R&S JP, use the GET Special Guests Card e-Reader card to catch all 4 Pokemons.
- Link the Pokedex of Pokemon Pinball R&S JP and Pokemon Pinball R&S US.
- Catch all 4 Pokemons in Pokemon Pinball R&S US.

"GET Special Guests e-Reader Card (09-A002) (JP)" is one of the rarest e-Reader cards. The reason for their rarity is that they are demo cards that were placed in selected stores in Japan throughout September 2003 and were not for distribution to customers.
